Trust Doesn’t Transfer.

We’re Changing That.

Work Creates Value. Reputation Should Carry It Forward.

THE PROBLEM

Labor is more mobile, transactional, and anonymous than at any point in modern history.

WHAT WE BUILD

The activities, performance, and contributions people make over time—and the signals (data) those actions create.

Work

A persistent verifiable record of who someone is, what they’ve done, and reputation they’ve earned across systems and organizations.

Identity

The financial, professional, and economic opportunities that become possible when trust, and reputation are portable and measurable.

WHY NOW

The systems underneath labor are changing.

Labor is more mobile, transactional, and distributed than at any point in modern history. Yet reputation, trust, and verified work history remain fragmented across companies, platforms and systems. People spend years building experience, relationships, and trust, but much of that value still fails to travel with them. The world changed. The infrastructure didn’t.

OUR FIRST PRODUCT

We begin where trust breaks most often.

Creight, is a verified reputation and trust network initially focused on transportation, and labor markets, where fragmented work histories, increased fraud, and workforce mobility create significant inefficiencies.

Kurt Morton

Founder & President

For more than three decades, Kurt Morton has held leadership roles across the transportation industry, working with carriers, brokers, shippers, and logistics organizations throughout North America. As a sales executive and business leader, he has built and led high-performing teams, developed strategic customer relationships, and helped organizations navigate growth, market cycles, and industry change.

Throughout his career, Kurt has worked alongside many of the people who make transportation possible—from drivers and dispatchers to fleet owners, executives, and customers. Those experiences provided a unique view into how trust is built, how reputations are earned, and why some relationships endure while others do not.

Over time, he observed a pattern that never seemed to change.

The people who consistently created value often carried little proof of it beyond a résumé, a reference, or the memory of someone who happened to know them. Trusted relationships, hard-earned reputations, and years of experience frequently reset with every company change, transaction, or new opportunity.

As the industry became larger, faster, and more technology-driven, many of the signals operators once relied upon became fragmented across disconnected systems, organizations, and networks.

Over time, Kurt became convinced that transportation wasn't simply facing a data problem or a technology problem. It was facing a trust problem.

Those observations led to the founding of Creight Technologies.

Kurt believes trust, identity, and opportunity should be built upon a more durable foundation—one where meaningful work, verified experience, and earned reputation can carry forward over time.

Creight Technologies was created to explore and build that future.
